DESCRIPTION
Ultra Egg Protein by Yamamoto Nutrition is a protein powder made exclusively from egg whites, sugar-free, and almost completely fat-free. Ideal for muscle recovery and maintaining lean mass, it is particularly suitable for those who are lactose intolerant or are looking for an alternative to classic whey proteins.
Thanks to its complete profile of essential amino acids, it effectively supports protein synthesis and contributes to improving strength, endurance, and muscle growth. The presence of leucine, among the most active amino acids, stimulates anabolic processes and helps reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) after workouts, improving the quality of recovery. HOW TO USE
