Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy provides for a 30-day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For different types of goods, the return is excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept the return of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items for which the return is excluded:
* Gift vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some items for health and personal care

For the purposes of the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or with missing parts for reasons unrelated to our mistake.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or unrefunded (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the company issuing the credit card; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
So contact your bank. There are often processing times for registering a refund.

Items on sale (if applicable)
Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for items on sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same item, send us an email to bullspower.info@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: Via Zanini 32 26017 Trescore Cremasco CR Italia.

Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to deliver it to you in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping

The shipping costs for the return of the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country where you live, the time required for the replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insure the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
