Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a special notification.

The shipment of the order may have delays due to a high volume of orders or problems with the postal service, over which we have no control.

RATE FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We offer National shipments by BRT courier with a rate of 4,99€ on national soil.

We also offer free shipping for orders over 50,00€.

RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer shipments throughout the European Union by BRT courier with a rate of 4,99€.

We also offer free shipping for orders over 50,00€.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Bull's Power is not responsible for these additional charges, which are instead relevant to you as a customer.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status.

If you do not receive the order within 7 working days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at bullspower.info@gmail.com specifying your name and order number and we will provide the necessary checks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Here you will find a link to our information on returns.

We do not accept returns as the goods are food.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, inform us as soon as possible at bullspower.info@gmail.com by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We manage these problems on a case-by-case basis, but we will try to do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
