DESCRIPTION
Yamamoto Nutrition Essential Amino Energy is a powdered supplement formulated with a complete blend of high-dose essential amino acids (EAAs), particularly rich in branched-chain BCAAs. The product is enriched with freeze-dried coconut water to promote muscle hydration and with caffeine, for a toning and energizing action.
EAAs are fundamental nutrients that the body cannot produce on its own and must therefore be obtained through diet or specific supplements. They play a crucial role in building and maintaining lean muscle mass, being useful not only for muscle growth but also for counteracting catabolism and providing alternative energy during periods of low-calorie or low-carbohydrate diets. Coconut water enhances cellular hydration and accelerates recovery processes, while caffeine promotes mental clarity and concentration during workouts. This product can be taken before a workout for an energizing effect or afterwards, to promote recovery and protein synthesis. It is also suitable on rest days, supporting the body in muscle regeneration processes. Being sugar-free and sweetened with sucralose, it is also well-suited for controlled diets.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add one serving (11g) to 200ml of water and mix using a shaker.
