DESCRIPTION
Essential Amino Energy by Yamamoto Nutrition is a powder supplement formulated with a complete blend of high-dose essential amino acids (EAA), particularly rich in branched BCAAs. The product is enriched with freeze-dried coconut water to promote muscle hydration and with caffeine, for a tonic and energizing action.
EAAs are essential nutrients that the body cannot produce on its own and must therefore be taken through food or specific supplements. They play a crucial role in building and maintaining lean muscle mass, proving useful not only for muscle growth but also for counteracting catabolism and providing alternative energy during periods of low-calorie or low-carb diets. Coconut water enhances cellular hydration and accelerates recovery processes, while caffeine promotes mental clarity and concentration during workouts. This product can be taken before training for an energizing effect or after, to promote recovery and protein synthesis. It is also recommended on rest days, supporting the body in muscle regeneration processes. Since it is sugar-free and sweetened with sucralose, it is also well suited to controlled diets.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (11g) to 200ml of water and mix using a shaker.
