DESCRIPTION
Yamamoto Nutrition's BCAA 8:1:1 is a dietary supplement formulated with branched-chain amino acids in an 8:1:1 ratio, with a high concentration of L-Leucine and enriched with B vitamins to improve absorption and metabolic efficacy. This supplement is designed to support muscle growth and maintenance, whether taken before training for its anti-catabolic effect or post-workout to stimulate muscle regeneration and anabolic processes.
L-Leucine, the key ingredient in the formula, is known to activate the anabolic mTOR pathway, which stimulates cell proliferation and promotes an increase in muscle mass not only through hypertrophy but also hyperplasia. Furthermore, it supports strength, physical endurance, and optimizes the hormonal balance between testosterone and cortisol, benefiting anabolic processes. Regular use of BCAAs can help reduce DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and, according to some studies, may also positively influence natural GH levels.
The addition of vitamins B1 and B6 enhances amino acid metabolism, increasing absorption efficiency.
