DESCRIPTION
Yamamoto Nutrition's BCAA 8:1:1 is a dietary supplement formulated with branched-chain amino acids in an 8:1:1 ratio, with a high concentration of L-Leucine and enriched with B vitamins to improve absorption and metabolic effectiveness. This supplement is designed to support muscle growth and maintenance, whether taken before training to leverage its anti-catabolic effect, or post-workout to stimulate muscle regeneration and anabolic processes.
L-Leucine, the protagonist of the formula, is known for activating the anabolic mTOR pathway, which stimulates cell proliferation and promotes an increase in muscle mass not only through hypertrophy but also through hyperplasia. Additionally, it supports strength, physical endurance, and optimizes the hormonal balance between testosterone and cortisol, benefiting anabolic processes. Regular use of BCAAs can help reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and, according to some studies, can also positively affect natural GH levels.
The addition of vitamins B1 and B6 enhances amino acid metabolism, increasing absorption efficiency. The recommended dose is 5 tablets per day, before or after training, adjustable based on body weight.
