DESCRIPTION
Scitec Nutrition Protein Brownie is a powder preparation based on rice flour, enriched with whey protein, soy and egg whites. This mix was created for those who want a tasty protein snack, also suitable for strict diets. The formula balances taste and nutrition, providing medium-release energy and a high protein intake, without causing harmful glycemic spikes.
Rice, a noble and well-tolerated cereal, is a source of low glycemic index carbohydrates, rich in vitamins, minerals and water-soluble fibres that help control appetite and aid digestion. HOW TO USE
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 portion (120g) of the mixture with 150ml until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Bake the mixture for 15 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes before cutting. It can also be prepared with coconut oil and butter.

Chocolate chips [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins ( SOYA ), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed proteins 6.8% ( MILK ), fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole egg powder ( EGGS ), whey protein concentrate 3.4% ( MILK ), instant whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins ( SOYA ))] 1.0%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).
