DESCRIPTION
Creatine is renowned for its effect on athletic performance, making it one of the most popular supplements in strength training. With an intake of at least 3 grams per day, it helps increase physical performance in short, intense activities.
Since its introduction to the sports supplement market, creatine has been one of the most studied performance-enhancing ingredients.
Most creatine is concentrated in muscles, with smaller amounts found in the liver, brain, heart, bones, and testicles.
Our body naturally produces creatine in the liver and kidneys, synthesizing it from the amino acids arginine, methionine and glycine, approximately 1g per day.
Creatine is also suitable for sports such as weightlifting, martial arts and athletics, where short, intense efforts are required.
It can be used by both men and women, as long as the recommended dosage and indications are respected.
HOW TO USE
Take 2 tablets daily 30 minutes before physical activity with a glass of water. On rest days take 2 tablets daily before meals with a glass of water.
