DESCRIPTION
Proteins are fundamental to muscle structure, and the "backs" behind these proteins are amino acids. While our body can synthesize some amino acids, others must be acquired through food, known as essential amino acids. Ensuring an adequate intake of all essential amino acids provides a solid base for muscle building. A balanced diet rich in protein and amino acids is essential for the success of athletes.
EAA Xpress presents a complete combination of all essential amino acids, following the proportions recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). By including EAA Xpress in a balanced diet, we make sure to provide the body with all the essential amino acids it needs.
MODE OF USE
Add a portion (19g) to 400ml of water and mix it with the help of a shaker. Take a portion before training or a portion between meals on rest days.
