DESCRIPTION
100% Whey Isolate are excellent quality proteins, exclusively from whey. In general, these "isolated" whey proteins are produced to have a higher percentage of protein than the "concentrated" ones, which also means that the isolates contain less sugar (including lactose) and fat! Dietary proteins are a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs to maintain and increase tissues, as well as to maintain muscle mass and bones. 100% Whey Isolate provides the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that cannot be synthesized and must be taken through food (L-Histidine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Valine).
100% Whey Isolate has even more ingredients added: an "amino acid matrix" that provides extra amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Glutamine and Taurine. L-Glutamine is the most common free amino acid in the human body.
MODE OF USE
Add a portion (25g) to 300ml of water and mix it with the help of a shaker. Take preferably after training.
