DESCRIPTION
100% Whey Isolate is a premium quality protein sourced exclusively from whey. In general, these “isolate” whey proteins are made to have a higher percentage of protein than “concentrate” whey proteins, which also means that isolates contain less sugar (including lactose) and fat! Dietary protein is a source of nitrogen and essential amino acids that the body needs to grow and maintain tissue, as well as maintain muscle mass and bones. 100% Whey Isolate provides the body with all the amino acids it needs, including the 9 amino acids that cannot be synthesized and must be obtained from food (L- Histidine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Valine ).
100% Whey Isolate has even more added ingredients: an "amino acid matrix" that provides extra amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Glutamine and Taurine. L-Glutamine is the most common free amino acid in the human body.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (25g) to 300ml of water and mix with the help of a shaker. Preferably take after training.
