DESCRIPTION
Opti-Lean Whey by Optimum Nutrition is a protein powder formulated for those who want to improve body composition, burn fat and maintain muscle mass. It contains a blend of easily assimilated whey protein isolate and concentrate, ideal for taking in the morning, before or after training.
The product is enriched with ingredients aimed at weight loss, such as carnitine, which promotes the use of fats for energy purposes, CLA which supports the increase in lean mass compared to fat mass, and green tea extract which stimulates the drainage of liquids and protects against oxidative stress. Thanks to this mix, Opti-Lean Whey not only nourishes the muscles, but supports the metabolism during periods of low-calorie or low-carb diets. It is also a valid ally in the muscle definition phase, with an anti-catabolic, energetic and satiating function. Its use can be enhanced by combining it with other specific supplements for weight loss, to obtain faster and longer-lasting results.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (26g) to 250-300ml of water and mix using a shaker.
