DESCRIPTION
Essential Omega-3 by MyProtein is a food supplement based on essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, derived from purified fish oil and enriched with tocopherols for enhanced antioxidant action.
Omega-3s play a fundamental role in supporting the general health of the body, as they help counteract the damage caused by oxidative stress, slow down the processes of cellular aging and improve the functionality of cell membranes, promoting the exchange of nutrients and metabolic waste. In addition, they contribute to the maintenance of optimal cholesterol levels, promoting a balance between good and bad fats, and can support energy production during phases of dieting or glycogen deficiency.
In sports, they are useful for improving fat metabolism and promoting weight loss, encouraging the body to use lipids as a preferential energy source. The product is particularly suitable for those who practice physical activity, follow low-calorie diets or wish to support cardiovascular health. The recommended intake is a maximum of two capsules per day, preferably 12 hours apart or both after training, to effectively combat post-workout oxidative stress. HOW TO USE
