DESCRIPTION

100% Maltodextrin Carbs by MyProtein is a supplement based on 100% pure maltodextrins, obtained from corn starch and characterized by a high glycemic index and very high digestibility. This product represents an effective energy source, ideal for muscle recovery and to increase daily caloric intake in a targeted way.

Particularly useful in the post-workout, it helps to quickly replenish glycogen reserves and promotes the transport of nutrients such as proteins, amino acids and creatine to the muscle, thanks to the insulin response it triggers. The neutral taste makes it perfect to mix with other supplements, such as Whey, BCAA or Glutamine, without altering their flavor. It is recommended to take it immediately after training or spread out over the following hours, to optimize recovery and support muscle growth. Thanks to its fat-free formulation, it can also be integrated at breakfast or during training, maintaining constant energy levels in the case of prolonged efforts.

HOW TO USE

Add one serving (50g) to 250ml of water and mix with the help of a shaker. Take after training.
