DESCRIPTION
100% Mass Gainer by MuscleTech is an advanced supplement designed to promote the development of lean muscle mass through a balanced mix of proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids and creatine. Thanks to the high caloric intake, it helps maintain a positive energy balance, essential to stimulate muscle growth during intense training.
Contains fast-absorbing whey protein and maltodextrin, a source of high glycemic index carbohydrates, ideal for stimulating insulin response and promoting rapid transport of nutrients into the muscles. The presence of creatine monohydrate contributes to muscle volumization and the restoration of energy reserves, while glutamine and BCAA support recovery and protein synthesis, improving strength, resistance and muscle protection. This gainer is suitable both as an energy snack and as a post-workout shake, providing a complete combination of nutrients useful for muscle growth and recovery, all within a structured diet plan and combined with regular physical activity.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (180g) to 300ml of water, shake well using a shaker. Take 2 times a day, preferably away from meals, for a maximum period of 4 weeks.
