DESCRIPTION
EAA Xtreme by Genetic Nutrition is a powdered supplement based on essential amino acids enriched with electrolytes, plant extracts and other functional compounds, designed to support athletic performance and muscle recovery. This product provides a complete supply of plastic and energy substrates, useful before, during and after training.
Essential amino acids, including branched chain BCAAs and glutamine, support protein synthesis and energy release when glycogen stores are depleted, providing both anabolic and anti-catabolic benefits. The effect varies depending on when you take it: if used pre-workout, it promotes endurance and concentration, while post-workout it facilitates muscle regeneration. The presence of leucine helps reduce DOMS, stimulates muscle growth and improves the testosterone/cortisol ratio, promoting anabolism. Glutamine enhances recovery, supports the immune system and combats overtraining.
The mix of electrolytes and coconut milk promotes rehydration and the replacement of lost salts, while the extracts of tea, green coffee and choline bitartrate stimulate energy and concentration.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (20g) to 250ml of water and mix using a shaker.
