DESCRIPTION
BCAA Xtreme 8:1:1 by Genetic Nutrition is an advanced branched chain amino acid supplement, with a high concentration of leucine to maximize protein synthesis and accelerate muscle growth. Enriched with glutamine and citrulline, the product supports muscle recovery, cell volume and physical resistance, making it ideal both pre- and post-workout.
The formula includes vitamin B6 to optimize amino acid metabolism and probiotics to promote nutrient absorption and strengthen the immune system. Glutamine acts on multiple fronts: it supports glycogen regeneration, combats overtraining and accelerates the elimination of muscle toxins. Citrulline, on the other hand, improves blood flow and muscle pumping by increasing arginine levels. The synergy between BCAAs, vitamin B6 and Bifidobacterium makes this supplement suitable for those who aim to both grow and maintain muscle mass, even in the definition phase.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (10g) to 300ml of water and mix using a shaker.
