DESCRIPTION
EthicSport Recupero is a complete dietary supplement designed to support muscle and physical recovery after intense training or demanding competitions.
Thanks to a combination of vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids, it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports energy and protein metabolism, and contributes to normal muscle and electrolyte function. The included BCAAs aid protein synthesis and the maintenance of muscle mass. Each single-dose sachet ensures the correct amount of nutrients, maintaining hygiene and practicality. Gluten-free and Doping Free Tested certified, it is ideal for those who practice high-intensity sports and desire effective and safe recovery.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (16.5g) to 200ml of water and mix with a shaker. Take 20-30 minutes after training. In case of intense or prolonged effort, add two servings (33g) to 400ml of water.
