DESCRIPTION
EthicSport Pre Gara Endurance is a pre-workout supplement designed to support athletes who engage in endurance disciplines and face prolonged physical exertion. Taken before training or competition, it helps sustain performance during long-duration activities thanks to a balanced formula based on complex carbohydrates, amino acids, and electrolytes.
The presence of long-chain maltodextrins allows for a progressive and constant energy release, helping to maintain energy over time. The formula is enriched with glucogenic amino acids and branched-chain amino acids, which are metabolized at different rates, offering a gradual energy supply during exertion. B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium support normal muscle function.
Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exertion. Thanks to its complete formulation, this supplement provides valuable support for runners, cyclists, and all athletes who need an effective energy boost before endurance activities. The product is gluten-free and therefore also suitable for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Add one serving (19g) to 200ml of water and mix with the help of a shaker. Take 10-15 minutes before training. In case of intense or long-duration exertion, add two servings (38g) to 400ml of water.
