Fructose, water, omega 3 fish oil (12% DHA - docosahexaenoic acid and 18% EPA - eicosapentaenoic acid); emulsifier: polysorbate 80; lyophilized royal jelly (3:1), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ginkgo biloba (dry extract of leaves titrated to a minimum of 24% in flavonoid glycosides and 6% in terpene lactones), phosphatidylserine 20% (soya lecithin); preservative: potassium sorbate; orange flavor, Polygonum cuspidatum (dry extract of root titrated to a minimum of 98% in trans-resveratrol); acidity regulator: citric acid; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), zinc oxide, D-pantothenate, calcium (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (vitamin B9), D-biotin (vitamin B8), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
