DESCRIPTION
BioTech USA Micellar Casein is a protein supplement based on calcium caseinate, a slow-release protein source obtained from milk. Thanks to its gradual digestion, it guarantees a constant supply of amino acids in the bloodstream for several hours, making it ideal to take before going to sleep. During the night, in fact, the body enters a phase of cellular and muscle regeneration: providing slow-release proteins allows you to effectively support these processes, avoiding muscle catabolism and promoting growth.
This supplement is particularly suitable for those who want to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, which is essential for muscle development. With a minimum content of sugars, fats and carbohydrates, Micellar Casein is also perfect during the definition phase or during a low-calorie diet. HOW TO USE
