DESCRIPTION
BioTech USA Melatonin is a food supplement based on 1mg of melatonin per tablet, designed to promote natural sleep onset and support the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin is a hormone physiologically produced by the body from tryptophan, and its synthesis increases in the evening, in the absence of light, preparing the body for nocturnal rest.
Melatonin supplementation can be useful during periods of stress, after particularly intense days, or when struggling to fall asleep. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, with a beneficial effect achieved by taking 1 mg shortly before bedtime.
BioTech USA Melatonin is also suitable for frequent travelers: melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag if taken shortly before going to sleep on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. INGREDIENTS
Bulking agents: Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose Gel and Cross-linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Melatonin 0.5%, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids. Notes and warnings: The product should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The beneficial effect on falling asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect regarding Jet Lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Close tightly after use without removing the silica gel packet and store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. ALLERGENS: Produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, soy, shellfish, sulfur dioxide, and tree nuts.
