DESCRIPTION
Proteins are one of the basic building blocks of living cells, and amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. There are 20 amino acids that help build proteins.
Of these, 9 are essential amino acids that are indispensable for our body, but that we cannot synthesize independently or, if we do, we produce insufficient quantities. For this reason, it is essential to take them from external sources, ensuring an adequate and balanced intake.
The body is able to produce some amino acids, called semi-essential, such as L-Glutamine, L-Arginine and L-Tyrosine, present in this product. In certain conditions, such as intense or prolonged training, the integration of these amino acids can be useful since the needs of the body may exceed its production capacity.

HOW TO USE
Take 4 tablets 2 times a day with a glass of water.
