DESCRIPTION
A touch of vitality is always welcome, especially before and during physical activity. Our body draws energy from essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Among these, MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are distinguished by their rapid assimilation compared to LCTs (long chain triglycerides).
The formulation, enriched with MCT, also includes a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates such as glucose, fructose and maltodextrin. Among the micronutrients, vitamin B6 and magnesium, also present in the Energy Gel Pro, promote a balanced energy metabolism.
In addition, we find two types of amino acids: L-Arginine and Taurine, along with L-Carnitine, known for its beneficial properties.
MODE OF USE
Take one portion (40g) a day during training.
