Diet Shake fits perfectly into a low-calorie diet, containing a maximum of 110Kcal per serving. It's an excellent choice at any time of day to quickly replace a meal; just pour the powder into a shaker, add 300ml of water, shake, and consume immediately.
MORE THAN JUST A PROTEIN POWDER
One of the main components of Diet Shake is whey protein concentrate, which provides a large part of the product's protein content. In addition, it contains six different sources of dietary fiber, important for physiological health. Diet Shake is enriched with glucomannan, oat flakes, powdered psyllium husk, inulin, powdered flax seeds, and citrus fiber. Psyllium husk and glucomannan are used as gelling or thickening agents, thanks to their ability to absorb water and increase in volume.
In addition to the aforementioned components, Diet Shake also contains calcium and chromium. Chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels and participates in macronutrient metabolism.
Diet Shake is enriched with other active ingredients such as L-Carnitine, green coffee bean extract, and Bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme. Furthermore, added superfoods, such as powdered flax seeds, rich in alpha-linolenic acid (vegetable omega-3), acai berry powder, rich in flavonoids, and goji berries, which contain essential amino acids and vitamin C, complete the formulation.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add one serving (30g) to 300ml of water and mix it with a shaker. Consume at any time of the day to supplement a meal when hungry.

Produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulfur dioxide and tree nuts.
