DESCRIPTION
BCAA Amino-Hydrate by Applied Nutrition is a powdered supplement designed to support training and muscle recovery. Based on branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio with an enhanced dose of leucine, it also contains pure glutamine, electrolytes and vitamin B6 for a complete action on performance, resistance and regeneration.
It can be taken before, during or after training to optimize protein synthesis, counteract muscle catabolism and restore hydro-saline balance, reducing the risk of cramps and dehydration. Glutamine contributes to energy recovery by stimulating GH, volumizing cells and promoting the elimination of toxins accumulated with physical effort.
Furthermore, thanks to the synergy between BCAA and pyridoxine, the metabolism of amino acids is enhanced, favoring better plastic use. To maximize the benefits, it can be combined with creatine, taurine, arginine, alpha lipoic acid or phosphatidylserine, favoring the absorption and control of cortisol. Ideal for those looking for complete nutritional support to improve strength, recovery and muscle definition.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (14g) to 300ml of water and shake well using a shaker.
