      DESCRIPTION

      Caseins are important for anyone who wants to recharge their muscles during sleep. During this time, your body can switch to "hunger mode" and begin to break down muscle tissue, this can have a negative impact on both muscle recovery and performance.

      100% Casein Protein is assimilated slowly (up to seven hours) and provides the muscles with the amino acids necessary for the synthesis of muscle tissue, facilitating repair and growth.

      100% Casein Protein has a complete amino acid profile and contains branched chain essential amino acids (BCAAs) that are the constituent elements of the new proteins. With a minimum of fats and carbohydrates, this product supports the goals of a low-calorie diet.

      MODE OF USE

      Add two portions (30g) to 500ml of water or milk and shake well with the help of a shaker. For optimal results, take it just before bed, but it can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.
