DESCRIPTION
Anderson Research Xamin is an essential amino acid supplement powder formulated to help meet protein and nitrogen requirements, particularly suitable for athletes and active individuals. During intense and prolonged physical activity, the body can experience a negative nitrogen balance due to the use of amino acids for energy; for this reason, a targeted intake of essential amino acids can be useful both before and after training.
The formula contains essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and other glucogenic amino acids such as L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, and L-Tryptophan, involved in energy processes and protein metabolism. Their intake promotes protein synthesis and contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, supporting strength, endurance, and post-workout recovery.
Thanks to its high concentration, one dose provides an amount of amino acids equivalent to the protein intake of approximately 500g of lean meat. Supplementation with essential amino acids can be useful in cases of increased demand or reduced protein intake through diet, contributing to the maintenance of toned and elastic tissues. Ideal for those who practice strength sports, endurance sports, or high-intensity disciplines and wish to specifically support performance and recovery.
HOW TO USE
Add one serving (6.5g) to 200ml of water and shake well using a shaker.
