DESCRIPTION
Anderson Research Prolyze 90 DH-4 Optipep® is a supplement based on hydrolyzed whey proteins, characterized by rapid absorption and high digestibility, perfect for post-workout. They provide readily available amino acids and peptides to support muscle mass growth and maintenance.

HOW TO USE
Add one serving (30g) to 180ml of water and mix using a shaker.
