DESCRIPTION
Anderson Research Ammo Zero BCAA's 2:1:1 is a branched-chain amino acid supplement in an optimal ratio with Vitamin B6, designed to support muscle growth, energy, and recovery.
BCAAs, composed of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, make up about 30% of muscle proteins and play a fundamental role in metabolic processes and protein synthesis. Their presence stimulates the release of hormones that promote muscle mass development and reduce recovery times between workouts. Vitamin B6 contributes to energy metabolism, facilitating the use of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, activating glycogen reserves in muscles and the liver, and helping to combat tiredness and fatigue.
Anderson Research Ammo Zero BCAA's 2:1:1 can be taken before, during, or after training to elevate blood BCAA concentration and support performance and muscle recovery.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add one serving (7g) to 150ml of water and mix with a shaker.
