HOW TO USE
For people with a body weight up to 80kg: take 5 tablets daily 30 minutes before training.
For people with a body weight between 80kg and 100kg: take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes before training.
For people with a body weight above 100kg: take 10 tablets daily 30 minutes before training and 5 tablets after 2 hours.
