HOW TO USE
For people with a body weight up to 80kg: Add one serving (5.7g) to water and mix with the help of a shaker. Take 30 minutes before training.
For people with a body weight between 80kg and 100kg: Add two servings (11.4g) to water and mix with the help of a shaker. Take 30 minutes before training.
For people with a body weight above 100kg: Add two servings (11.4g) to water and mix with the help of a shaker. Take 30 minutes before training. Also take one serving (5.7g) 2 hours after.
