DESCRIPTION

4+ Nutrition BCAA+ 4:1:1 is an advanced branched chain amino acid supplement in tablet form, featuring a high-dose formula with 1200mg of BCAAs per single tablet.

The 4:1:1 ratio guarantees a quadruple presence of Leucine compared to Isoleucine and Valine, an approach introduced in Italy by 4+ Nutrition. HOW TO USE

Take 4 tablets 2 times daily. Take 2 tablets during and 2 tablets after training.
