INGREDIENTS
Whole beef (260g of beef used for 100g of beef jerky). Kikkoman soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt), red wine vinegar, garlic, preservatives (salt, sodium nitrite (E250)), onion, brown sugar, black pepper, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate (E316)), bay leaf, cayenne pepper, ginger.
